Todo funcionario de instrucción que inicie un sumario dará cuenta de ello, inmediatamente después de su iniciación, al respectivo juez de circuito, quien podrá pedirlo en cualquier tiempo u ordenar que se pase a otro funcionario competente; sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 64 respecto de los Jueces superiores.
