Privatización. Para asegurar la finalidad perseguida por el artículo 60 de la Constitución Política en la venta a los trabajadores y al sector solidario se establecerán límites en función del patrimonio u otros indicadores financieros con el fin de evitar conductas que atenten contra dicha finalidad; en tal caso, corresponderá a la Superintendencia de Valores la declaratoria de la ineficacia de la operación cuando ello corresponda en los términos de la Ley 226 de 1995.
