De los auxilios autorizados en este Acuerdo no se girará su valor sino cuando su inversión puede ser controlada directamente por la Intendencia y visadas las cuentas respectivas por el señor Auditor Fiscal, cualquiera que sea la obra u objeto de que se trata.
