º. Por razones de orden público, a juicio de los funcionarios señalados en el artículo 1º, las solicitudes podrán ser negadas o cancelados los permisos concedidos, mediante providencia motivada, que se comunicará por escrito a los interesados. Contra estas providencias no cabe ningún recurso.
