Las fundaciones de asistencia o beneficencia pública reconocidas por el Estado, pagarán como suma máxima el valor de ciento cincuenta y tres mil setecientos pesos ($153.700,00) por concepto de derechos notariales, en todos aquellos casos cuya cuantía fuere determinable.
