Apertura a prueba. El día siguiente a la ontestación de la acusación se abrirá el proceso a prueba por el término de tres días para que las partes aporten los elementos de prueba recogidos por ellas, soliciten la práctica de nuevas pruebas y la comparecencia de testigos y peritos que ya hubierén declarado o dictaminado para ser interrogados nuevamente en la audiencia pública.
