En desarrollo de lo dispuesto por el artículo 36 de la Ley 756 de 2002, el Gobierno Nacional efectuará las operaciones presupuestales a que haya lugar en el presupuesto del Fondo Nacional de Regalías, con el fin de distribuir los saldos de apropiación presupuestal a que se refiere dicha norma.
