Modifícase el numeral 1 del literal a) del artículo 32 del Decreto 3554 de 2004, el cual quedará así. a) Radicación de la documentación ante el Instituto Nacional de Vigilancia de Alimentos y Medicamentos, Invima: "1. El interesado deberá radicar la solicitud de registro sanitario, a la cual deberá anexar para efectos de la evaluación farmacéutica, la documentación técnica, avalada por el director técnico o responsable técnico del establecimiento fabricante, contenida en el artículo 26 del presente decreto, con excepción de la presentación de los registros de producción. Para efecto de la evaluación legal, se deberán anexar los documentos señalados en los literales a), b), c), e), g) y h) del artículo 27 del presente decreto".
