Leseasteis de cada dependencia tendrán el siguiente-orden de prioridad para su giro: Primera prioridad. -Servicios. Personales -Transferencias, de ley cuota patronal, Caja Previsión, SEÑA, ESAP, Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (ICB.F) -Aporte a COÍNCÓ para 'programa Gestión Delegada -(Agentes Fiscales) y :el de SAINCO. -Auxilio-Radio operador DAINCÓ. -Servicio de la deuda. Segunda propiedad -Gastos Generales. Tercera prioridad. -Demás Transferencias y Gastos de Inversión No podrán emitirse giros, ni hacerse pagos, ni refrendar se giros por los funcionarios competentes, cuando se hicieren en contravención a lo dispuesto en el presente artículo.
