Art. 28.º Cuando algún militar haya ejecutado las acciones distinguidas de valor que dan derecho al máximum de la recompensa unitaria que anteriormente se señala, y siga después de eso ejecutando hechos de los que como tales acciones se reputan, por cada una vez mas que lo haga será premiado como por un hecho enteramente nuevo y aislado.
