Art. 12. La licencia se hará constar en una patente que expide al interesado el Administrador de la renta, en la cual debe expresarse el nombre del solicitante, la operación de producción que vaya á efectuarse, el término de duración de la licencia, el derecho pagado, la fecha de la patente y la firma del Administrador. La vigencia de las patentes se contará del primero al último de cada mes civil, y no habrá lugar á disminución proporcional del derecho cuando la patente se solicite avanzado el mes.
