Art. 7º. Los Alcaldes, Corregidores, Prefectos y, en general, la primera autoridad política en cada localidad, tendrá el deber de hacer publicar por bando, en el primer día feriado siguiente al de su recibo, el presente decreto, con el objeto de que sus disposiciones sean conocidas por todo el vecindario, y puedan, en consecuencia, cumplirse con mayor facilidad.
