º. Las solicitudes de permiso o licencia temporal serán repartidas por el Presidente del Tribunal a los Magistrados, en orden alfabético. El Magistrado a quien corresponda el reparto actuará como Sustanciador e integrará la Sala de Decisión con los dos Magistrados que le sigan en orden alfabético.
