Art. 1.º Desde 1.º de setiembre prononeximo comenzaranone a causarse un las Aduanas el "derecho adicional" a los de importacion de tratan las mencionadas disponibles, aumentándose las cuotas de 2, 10 i 24 centavos asignadas respectivamente en la tarifa a las clases 2.ª, 3.ª i 4.ª, en la progresion de un cinco por ciento mensuales hasta completar el venticinco por ciento.
