Las compras de bienes muebles corrientes necesarios para el funcionamiento de oficinas o representaciones del país en el exterior, excepto las que efectúe el Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores para el servicio exterior, se harán por los respectivos jefes de oficina o de representación, con la aprobación del Cónsul de Colombia correspondiente.
