La revisión de los actos que se refieren al artículo anterior en el concepto de inconstitucionalidad o ilegalidad, salvo el caso del artículo siguiente, se procede por el Tribunal Supremo de la manera como se prescribe en los artículos, para las demandas de nulidad de las ordenanzas departamentales introducidas en los Tribunales Administrativos Seccionales a petición del Ministerio público o de cualquier ciudadano.
