Ley 85 de 1938 · por la cual se asocia la Nación a la celebración del segundo centenario de la ciudad de Zapatoca

La suma de que trata el artículo anterior será manejada por una Junta especial, cuyo Tesorero puede ser el del Municipio de Zapatoca.

Esta Junta estará compuesta por el Gobernador del Departamento o un delegado que él designe, por el Presidente del Concejo Municipal de Zapatoca y por e1 Alcalde Municipal.

Parágrafo

El Ejecutivo, a1 reglamentar esta Ley, dictará las disposiciones de control necesarias en conformidad Con 1a Contraloría General de 1a República.
