Modifíquese el artículo 361 del Decreto 390 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 361. Exportaciones en regímenes especiales . Podrá exportarse café al exterior sin que esté sujeto al cumplimiento de revisión de calidad ni certificado de repeso en los siguientes casos

1.

En aeronaves para consumo a bordo hasta el equivalente a 50 kilogramos de café tostado.

2.

En barcos para consumo a bordo hasta el equivalente a 200 kilogramos de café tostado.

3.

Los viajeros al exterior hasta el equivalente a café tostado a 15 kilogramos” .
