º. Definición. Para efectos del presente decreto será aplicable la definición de subsidio consagrada en el artículo 6º de la Ley 3º de 1991 y en la Ley 49 de 1990, entendiéndose que este subsidio será excluyente de los demás subsidios para vivienda que constituyan aporte estatal.
