ARTICULO 20 . CONCURSO. El que con una o varias acciones u omisiones infrinja varias disposiciones de la ley disciplinaria o varias veces la misma disposición, quedará sometido a la que establezca la sanción más grave o en su defecto a una de mayor entidad, agravada acorde con las circunstancias de modo, tiempo y lugar.
