Control . La Superintendencia Nacional de Salud de conformidad con la ley, ejercerá la inspección, vigilancia y control sobre el manejo de las subcuentas del FOSYGA y deberá efectuar las investigaciones e imponer las sanciones correspondientes cuando a ello haya lugar, sin perjuicio de las demás funciones que ejerzan los organismos de control.
