EMPLEO O LANZAMIENTO DE SUSTANCIAS U OBJETOS PELIGROSOS. El que con propósitos terroristas coloque, lance bomba o artefacto explosivo o incendiario, o corrosivo de cualquier tipo, lo envíe porte o remita, que pueda afectar la integridad física de las personas los bienes, en la vía pública, centros de recreación instalaciones deportivas, instituciones de enseñanza, iglesias, en lugares caracterizados por la concurrencia habitual de personas, centros de salud, edificios públicos o privados, en lugares destinados a la habitación, en instalaciones industriales, militares o de policía, estará sometido a la pena de diez (10) a veinte (20) años de prisión y multa de diez (10) a cien (100) salarios mínimos mensuales.
