Decisiones del Consejo. Los actos de carácter general del Consejo Nacional de Beneficios Tributarios en Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación - CNBT, en ejercicio de sus funciones, se denominarán acuerdos y los de carácter particular, resoluciones y certificaciones.

Estos actos se comunicarán, notificarán y/o publicarán, de acuerdo con la naturaleza de la decisión que contengan.

Contra los actos de carácter particular, procederá únicamente el recurso de reposición.
