Ajuste al valor de rentas constitutivas de recursos de capital. El Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, tomando en cuenta el comportamiento de las rentas y previo concepto del CONFIS, podrá ajustar mediante resolución el valor de las rentas constitutivas de los recursos de capital sin exceder el monto de estos aprobado en la ley anual de presupuesto para la respectiva vigencia fiscal.
