Decrétanse los siguientes auxilios: para la construcción de la iglesia de Uribía, diez mil pesos ($ 10.000.00); para la construcción de la iglesia de Puerto Carreño, diez mil pesos ($ 10.000.00); y para la terminación del templo de Barichara, diez mil pesos ($ 10.000.00). PARAGRAFO. Las sumas expresadas se entregarán a las autoridades eclesiásticas respectivas, quienes prestaran las cauciones del caso y rendirán cuentas a la Contraloría General Nacional.
