Art. 352. En los casos de comiso de buques o de mercancías, o de unos i otras, se distribuirá el producto de los objetos decomisados de la manera siguiente :

Del producto de los derechos de importacion segun la tarifa, i los gastos de justicia, i el resto corresponderá a los denunciantes i aprehensores. cuando el mismo individuo que descubra el fraude sea el que lo aprehenda, tendrá derecho a dicho producto. (Art. 19 de la lei 105 de 1873).
