Art. 1.° Prorógase hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1873 el término para convertir en renta sobre el Tesoro al portador los documentos de que trata el artículo 16 de la lei de 10 de junio de 1872, sobre amortizacion de la deuda interior. Igualmente se proroga hasta la misma fecha el plazo para el reconocimiento de capitales i censos procedentes de la desamortizacion, i para la refrendacion de los billetes de Tesorería.
