La partida destinada por la misma Ley 26 de 1945 para la construcción del Ferrocarril del Tolima - Huila - Caquetá, en el sector Neiva - Garzón, se aplicará en su totalidad a la pavimentación del sector de carretera entre las mismas ciudades nombradas y a la prolongación en pavimento hasta la ciudad de Florencia, en la comisaria Especial del Caquetá.
