En los procesos cuya competencia concierne a los Jueces superiores, la audiencia pública, salvo disposición en contrario, se hará con la intervención del Jurado, y la sentencia se hará de acuerdo con la calificación que éste dé a los hechos sobre los cuales ha versado el debate.
