Las destinaciones hechas en los Artículos 2o y 3o de la presente Ley serán apropiados por el presupuesto de la próxima vigencia fiscal. Los planos para la reconstrucción del Colegio de la Presentación, de Ibagué, destruido por el incendio del 30 de noviembre de 1944, serán aprobados por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
