Artículo único. Fíjase en cincuenta pesos ($ 50) la partida mensual de que puede disponer la Agencia postal Privada de Colombia en la ciudad de Colón desde la fecha del presente Decreto para atender a los gastos de acarreo de las valijas de correspondencia, etc., de a bordo de los vapores al local de la oficina, y viceversa. Comuníquese y publíquese.
