El empleado en período de prueba tiene derecho a permanecer en el cargo por el término señalado en el acto de su nombramiento siempre y cuando observe buena conducta y cumpla con lealtad, eficiencia y honestidad los deberes del mismo y a obtener la oportuna calificación de sus servicios para los efectos de su escalafonamiento.
