Artículo único , Se reconoce a favor de Hilario Ibarra i a cargo del Tesoro nacional, la suma de mil seiscientos pesos que le corresponden por sueldos devengados como Sarjento mayor, desde primero de agosto de mil ochiciwntos sesenta a treita i uno de agosto de mil ochocientos sesenta i dos.

Esta suma se incluirá en el presupuesto de gastos correspondientes a la próxima vijencia económica.
