º . Los empleados públicos de carrera administrativa a quienes se les suprima el cargo como consecuencia de lo dispuesto en el artículo 1º del presente decreto tendrán derecho a optar por la indemnización o por la incorporación a un empleo equivalente de conformidad con lo consagrado en el artículo 44 de la Ley 909 de 2002 y demás normas vigentes sobre la materia.
