El Fondo Nacional de Regalías creado mediante la Ley 141 de 1994, durante la vigencia del año 2010, asignará el 15% de sus recursos para continuar financiando los proyectos regionales de inversión en infraestructura eléctrica y de gas, a que hace referencia el artículo 37 de la Ley 756 de 2002, en los porcentajes y términos allí descritos.
