Los Jefes de las Unidades Regionales ante el correspondiente Jefe leí Servicio Seccional de Salud, los Directores de los Hospitales Locales ante el Jefe de la Unidad Regional o conforme a sus estatutos; los demás empleados ante el Jefe del organismo correspondiente o el funcionario en quien se laya delegado esa facultad.
