º . Determinación del costo real de la inversión. Para efectos de determinar el costo real de cada una de las inversiones realizadas, el Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico estudiará detenidamente el informe de visita de confrontación del proyecto arquitectónico con los libros de contabilidad que para el efecto presenten los inversionistas, los cuales deben estar debidamente suscritos por un Contador Público.
