Los gastos de cada dependencia tendrán el siguiente orden de prioridad para su giro:

Primera prioridad.

Servicios personales.

Transferencias de ley, cuota patronal, Caja de Previsión, SENA, ESAP, Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (ICBF).

Aporte a COINCO para programa Gestión. Delegada (Agentes Fiscales ).y el de SAINCO.

Auxilio Radioperador DAINCO

Servicio de la deuda.

Segunda prioridad.

Gastos generales.

Tercera prioridad.

Demás, transferencias y gastos de inversión.

No podrán emitirse giros, ni hacerse pagos ni refrendarse giros por los funcionarios competentes cuando se hicieren en contravención a lo dispuesto en el presente artículo.
