º La ponderación o valorización de los criterios que de conformidad con los artículos 204 del Decreto 222 de 1983 y 37 de la Ley 42 de 1985, se requiere para la adjudicación de espacios de televisión deberá hacerse en forma clara, precisa y cuantificada de tal manera que la selección de los concesionarios sea objetiva y desprovista de cualquier discrecionalidad.
