Objeto. El presente capitulo tiene por objeto reglamentar el Fondo de Fomento de la Educación Superior para Veteranos de la Fuerza Pública o a un integrante de su núcleo familiar a falta de este, y definir las condiciones generales para el otorgamiento de los créditos educativos condonables de que tratan los artículos 13 y 14 de la Ley 1979 de 2019.
