El estímulo, con excepción de la felicitación verbal, será otorgado por medio de disposición escrita en la cual se consignarán los hechos que lo causan, las circunstancias del servicio que lo ameritan y la clase de estímulo otorgado. De todo estímulo que se conceda debe quedar constancia en el folio de vida.
