Cuando se promuevan valores emitidos en desarrollo de procesos de titularización tal circunstancia debe ser plenamente identificada en la publicidad que se efectúe para tal efecto, indicando la modalidad adoptada por tales valores, esto es, si son de participación, de contenido crediticio o mixtos.
