º . Del Fondo Nacional de Riesgos Agropecuarios. El Fondo Nacional de Riesgos Agropecuarios creado mediante la ley 69 de 1993 como una cuenta de manejo especial, tendrá independencia patrimonial, administrativa, contable y estadística, estará bajo la dirección de la Comisión Nacional de Crédito Agropecuario y será administrado por el Gerente, Director o Jefe de la Unidad de Seguros de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero.
