Los docentes de las instituciones de educación superior a quienes se aplica el presente decreto deberán acreditar los requisitos establecidos en el estatuto de personal docente, para los aspectos de la ubicación en la categoría respectiva, la que se realizará una vez se hayan efectuado los concursos correspondientes.
