Decreto 245 de 1995 · por el cual se austa la infraestructura del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural y se determina la del Incora y se dictan otras disposiciones.

De la modificación de la estructura interna . Cuando las necesidades del servicio lo requieran, la estructura interna del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, será modificada de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el numeral 16 del artículo 189 de la Constitución Política. Las estructuras internas del Incora e INPA serán modificadas por sus respectivas Juntas Directivas y sometidas a aprobación del Gobierno Nacional, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 24 del Decreto 3130 de 1968 y en el artículo 26 del Decreto 1050 del mismo año.

Parágrafo

En los estatutos del Incora e INPA, se incluirá lo dispuesto en los Títulos II y III del presente Decreto, respectivamente.
