Las condiciones financieras de las operaciones de redescuento correspondientes a los créditos con destino a las obras y actividades señaladas en el artículo 1°, serán las que determine la Junta Monetaria, de conformidad con las normas legales vigentes. Las tasas de interés que se fijen no podrán ser inferiores al costo de los recursos.
