Cuando sea necesario poner fin inmediatamente a hechos que de repetirse o agravarse comprometan seriamente la defensa, conservación o aprovechamiento de la fauna silvestre, se abrirá audiencia tan pronto se notifique al demandado personalmente o mediante edicto en la forma prevista por el Artículo 238 de este Decreto. De igual manera se procederá con quien haya sido sorprendido en flagrancia.
