Autorización al Gobierno nacional. Autorícese al Gobierno nacional de conformidad con la Constitución Política, la Ley General de Presupuesto, el Sistema General de Regalías y el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo, para que adelante las inversiones que sean necesarias, tanto de infraestructura como de transformación y adecuación de las instalaciones físicas de la Universidad Francisco de Paula Santander Seccional Ocaña. El presupuesto asignado para esta seccional, se hará mediante transferencia directa.
