No se impondrán contribuciones nacionales, municipales, ni de ninguna otra clase sobre el canal, los buques que por él transiten, los buques de remolque del concesionario, sus almacenes, muelles, máquinas i demas obras o efectos de cualquiera especie que le pertenezcan i que a juicio del Poder Ejecutivo se necesiten para el servicio del canal i sus dependencias durante el tiempo concedido al concesionario para construirlo i disfrutarlo.
