Si los encargados de reformar las actas de registro en la votaciones, cometieren algún fraude, ya sea falsificando las papeletas en que se dan los sufragios, ya escribiendo en los registros nombres distintos de los que debieran anotar, ya leyendo en las papeletas nombres que no están inscritos en ellas, ya sustrayendo los votos que algún individuo hubiere obtenido, ya cambiando las papeletas legítimas por otras, ya haciendo aparecer un número de papeleta mayor que el de los sufragantes, o ya, en fin de cualquiera otra manera, sufrirán seis meses de reclusión.
